These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Peptide Protocol website, content, and membership (collectively, the "Service"). By purchasing or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Membership
Peptide Protocol is a paid membership. You pay $27 today for your first 15 days of access. After 15 days, the membership automatically renews at $39 per month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the end of the current paid period.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Membership Content & License
Your membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course, peptide library, templates, cycle planner, and the new content added each month. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share your access or the materials with others.
4. Billing & Renewals
- The initial charge is $27 for the first 15-day period.
- Unless cancelled, the membership renews automatically at $39/month.
- You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
5. Refunds
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If the Service does not meet your expectations, contact us within 60 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. See our Contact page to reach support.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. Once cancelled, you will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptide Protocol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
